The Aloft Hotel comprises 7 levels of office development and 12 levels of hotel guest rooms with an additional 3 levels of car parking. The project was carried out on a D&C basis and achieved a 4.5-star Nabers rating and 4-star Greenstar rating. The D&C brief included meeting Sustainability, Operational Reliability and Maintainability objectives, all of which were successfully achieved.
